Type gpedit.msc in RUN

Goto=> User Configurations

Goto=> Administrative Templates

Goto=> System

Goto=> Ctrl+Alt+Del Options

Double Click Remove Task Bar Manager

Click on DISABLE

Press OK

Your Task bar will be enables

now look for mentioned below exes and KILL process tree

winupdate86.exe

iso2010.exe

now Type MSCONFIG in RUN

Goto=> Startup

Un check

Internet Security 2010 and winupdate86.exe

now it will require a re-login ... preferably a restart and you will be free from this curse.
